Exchange/ Refund Policy

EXCHANGE/REFUND OF PRODUCT

  • Exchange/Refund requests due to specification issue of the Product must be made within 24 hours after receiving the Products and provided that:

the Product must not be opened or used;

all parts, accessories, warranties, free gifts, redeemed items are intact and returned together with the Product;

the original invoice and the credit card used to purchase the Product must be presented;

  • No exchange will be accepted for personal grooming products with no quality problems.
  • Warranty period is subject to manufacturer’s or vendor’s policy. During the warranty period, you may return the products to the manufacturer or vendor for repair. Warranty does not cover the damage caused by accident, negligence, misuse, improper operation and modifications of Product.
  • No exchange or return will be accepted for all skincare and cosmetics products.
  • All shipping, taxes and duties will not be refunded.
  • All the exchange/refund of Products will be subject to additional shipping charges.

FORCE MAJEURE

  • Sweet Skin shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sweet Skin.

DISCLAIMER

  • Sweet Skin does not guarantee that the use of the Site and Services will be error-free or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Site is at your risk. We recommend all users of the Site to ensure they have up-to-date software, including anti-virus, installed.
  • We will endeavour to ensure that the Content and the product descriptions on the Site are as accurate and complete as possible. We however do not warrant that “Content” and product descriptions are accurate, complete, current or error-free. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

  • The TOS, together with all our policies and procedures, are governed by and construed in accordance with Hong Kong SAR law. The relevant courts of Hong Kong SAR will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these TOS.
